Frequently asked questions

Can I use just one service?

Yes. You can choose services individually – e.g. only parcel delivery or only customs brokerage – or combine several.

Where are your 3PL warehouses?

In Germany, the UK, the USA and Lithuania. You can keep stock in one or several countries, closer to your customers.

How do I connect my online store?

We integrate with Shopify, eBay, Etsy, Linnworks, and also offer API and XLS import. We'll help set everything up.

Do you handle returns?

Yes – we receive returned goods, inspect them and manage the whole returns process.

Do you deliver goods to Amazon FBA warehouses?

Yes – we deliver your goods to Amazon FBA warehouses so you can sell on Amazon.
